Has anyone seen this man?!

Anyone who’s spent a considerable amount of time on Maui will recognize this character. We all seem to have our own name for him, Beardo, Cat In The Hat etc. though actually his real name is Dave!

While he has an air of homelessness about him, amusingly he & I seem to frequent the same places like Starbucks, concerts at the MACC and this morning Baldwin Beach where we were both enjoying a morning stroll. What the hell, perhaps he thinks I have an air of homelessness about me....which reminds me yet again to never judge a book by it's cover.

Keep your hands off Sharon - I fancy him, particularly if he has tattoos!

For me you're waaay weirder...
Just remember that yours is only one of 100,000 ways of seeing things...
Sharon just reminded us to never judge a book by its cover... looks like you missed that!

Beardo story...one of many I am sure...stole my brothers towel while swimming at Makena...later he was hitch hiking holding THE TOWEL...It had already been a bad day for the brother...another story...so he pulls over yells at hime to give him back his fucking towel, and leaves him on the side of the road...Karma Beardo...not nice to steal. I bet he has more money than all of us put together!

You're all getting hot and bothered over a picture of a guy.
Just stop and take another look at the jaunty angle of the hat and the nonchalant way the shirt hangs off the shoulder - pure, unadulterated elegance.

Send him over to England:-)

Nancy I'm sorry he stole your brother's towel - perhaps his need was greater?
