There's enough duct tape on the end of this board to sink a battleship. Luckily the name of the owner is Eddie Flotte! He's a water color genius and all around good dude. At Kanaha today I was the white water queen and whilst flailing around in the ocean I was thinking it would be great to run into Eddie to take this exact picture. Hmmmm still trying to figure out what being a watercolorist has to do with having a spotless surfboard?
I would think it means that an artist would have a more colorfull board?
